You do that by guiding your head (your attention) into your body. By starting to feel and thus really connecting with yourself. To meet yourself in a safe way and get to know yourself on a deeper level.

From renewed friendship with yourself and your life, you can learn to permanently relax in situations of tension and stress. And you learn that your anger and sadness are an entrance to power and inner space.
