Appointment
It is easiest to make an appointment via email or whatsapp via 0614 112 480.

Cancellation
Up to 48 hours in advance (ex weekend) the cancelled reserved time will not be charged. You pay for the full session when cancelling within 48 hours.

Privacy
I save your email address and telephone number to be able to inform and reach you. If you object to mailings, I will remove you from the mailing list.
In addition, I am legally obliged to keep the treatment plan. This also contains your personal data (first name, last name and date of birth). I do my utmost to keep this information confidential.

Complaints procedure
I guide you from my expertise and with a warm heart. Nevertheless, it may be possible that you have a complaint about my way of working. In first instance, I will discuss the complaint with you personally. Among other things to improve my services with your feedback. If we cannot come to an agreement together, you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee of the NIBIG.
